Harmony Peace Unity, Inc. offers tenant placement services and coliving house room rental services. We believe in placing tenants in safe and supportive households in which residents can independently manage their daily living activities like eating, bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility. While we care about our clients, we are not providers of traditional medical care, assisted living services, or therapy.
Refund Policy
Thank you for choosing our tenant placement services. We are committed to providing a professional and thorough experience for every client. Our services are intended for individuals aged 18 and older who are capable of independent living.
Due to the time, effort, and resources invested in screening, processing, and placing tenants, all payments for tenant placement services are final and are not refundable.
Once a payment is submitted, work begins immediately on each client’s behalf.
This includes, but is not limited to:
- Reviewing applications
- Screening and qualifying tenants
- Coordinating placements
- Providing access to available housing opportunities
By purchasing tenant placement services, clients acknowledge and agree to these terms.
No Tenant Placement Service Refunds
We take pride in providing a smooth and supportive tenant placement experience, and many of our clients are placed quickly and successfully. However, once a placement is made, we are not responsible for any disputes or issues that may arise between tenants, landlords, or within the household or rental agreement. Refunds will not be issued under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
- Change of mind
- Delays in placement
- The unavailability of a specific room or household
- Personal or financial circumstances
Commitment to Service
While all sales are final, we are committed to servicing our clients throughout the placement process and will continue working with you according to the terms of your selected service.
